Hi everyone,

 

We are into out first ECO fundraiser for this school year!  Hope the students are selling!  We need some volunteers to help with the tallying and sorting stage.  The following are needed:

 

                                        Reconciling orders from Laing and Cario:  Dot Morgan and Diane Ellison

                                        Placing the orders with Cobb Enterprises:  1 volunteer needed

                                        On day of delivery, sorting:   8 volunteers needed

                                        On day of delivery handling order pick up:  3 volunteers needed

 

The delivery date will be given to us upon placing the order.  It should be the week before Thanksgiving (Around the 18th of November).  It will be delivered to Laing's orchestra room where the orders will be sorted and then picked up by students and parents.  The pick up time will be from 3 pm to 6 pm on the date to be announced.  The above mentioned volunteering positions are VERY EASY, but important to making this fundraiser a success!!  PLEASE VOLUNTEER!!!!
